“When I was in the 6th grade, as I was running in P.E. I felt a huge pain in my side. I stopped running and my coach took me to the nurse’s office. Before I knew it I was at St. Rose De Lima hospital in old Henderson going to emergency surgery because my appendix had burst. I still have that ugly scar to remind me of what took place that day but the pain and anxiety I felt that day is a distant memory. Are the nail scared hands and pierced side of Jesus a distant memory of what Jesus did for you my friend??
