“At one time or another, we have placed those we dearly love and respect in a special place in our hearts. Sadly, many of us have placed those same people on pedestals in our heart and that can be very dangerous. People, things and just about anything else will eventually disappoint/fail us. If we’ve place them on pedestals in our hearts, it can very damaging to our hearts and minds. Only the Lord deserves to be worshipped in our lives.”
